The annual reports and end of year statements related to Údarás na Gaeltachta are available on udaras.ie/faoin-udaras/foilseachan/tuarascalacha-bliantula-agus-raitis/ . These documents contain information regarding funding and development activities of the organisation and provide details regarding Údarás activities in the various sectors and geographical regions under its remit.

In its Strategic Plan (2021-2025), Údarás na Gaeltachta sets out two overall key performance objectives and the delivery of 7 strategic projects. The two main strategic objectives are:

• Language Plans being implemented in 26 language planning areas and 3 Gaeltacht Service Towns.

• Growing and sustaining the level of employment in Údarás na Gaeltachta's client-companies to 9,000 employees.

Údarás na Gaeltachta have also committed to advancing 7 key strategic projects, relating to:

• gteic na Gaeltachta (Digital Hub Network)

• Páirc na Mara

• Tourism

• Sustainability

• Gaeltacht Brand

• Tourism

• Fostering the Irish language and culture among the Youth

In accordance with the Code of Practice for the Governance of Public Bodies the Department has agreed a Performance Delivery Agreement with Údarás na Gaeltachta and more detailed performance targets are agreed as part of the budgetary process. These targets are published annually in the Revised Estimates Volume.
